Registration:
The cost to register is the same as last year, $70.00 per player. This year, prior to the first game, everyone must check in at the registration tent so we can confirm your birth-date in the system with a picture ID. We will also require pass cards this season. If you forget your pass-card… No problem you can use any picture ID (i.e. driver’s license) that you have in your pocket. You will not be allowed to play unless you have a picture ID at the fields on Sunday. No Exceptions.
Concessions/Soccer Store:
There will be a fully stocked concession area and soccer store every weekend. We will also have a grill on site to cook hotdogs and hamburgers after the game. Forget your shin guards or blow out your cleats? That’s ok, we will have both on hand for sale!
Child Day Care:
We will have child care available at the fields on Sunday. Cost will be $10.00 per game. If you have multiple children it will be $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child. If you so wish we can also give your child soccer instruction while they are in our care. They will also have access to the inflatable fun zone at the fields for the day.
Schedules:
Schedules are posted to MySam. If you are not sure how to log into your MySam account please call 304-562-1020. Anyone that answers can help you set up your account. Make sure your e-mail address is correct in our system so you receive your game reminders each week as well as receipts via email.
Referees:
Based upon the requests from YOUR team captains the referees have been instructed to follow through with these requests:
1. Keep the rough/aggressive play in the C league to a minimum by calling a tighter game and issuing cards for rough play.
2. Keep foul language to a minimum.
3. Inform the team captains the clock will be starting in 5 minutes , prior to the beginning of each match. The teams are expected to show up on time! If they don’t the referee will inform both teams the clock will start in 5 minutes and it will be up to those teams to get ready within those 5 minutes in order to play a full game.
4. Not allow anyone to play who doesn’t present a pass-card or picture ID before the game. No exceptions.
